Join Mary from Adult Services for our daytime book club for adults! This month's selection is The Kitchen Front by Jennifer Ryan. It's 1942, and Winston Churchill has a directive for England’s cooks: Keep a stiff upper lip and do your part for the war effort. A BBC cooking contest will test four women’s ability to make a lot of very little. Books available at the Circulation Desk and on Libby and eReadIllinois. This program will be offered on Zoom and in person simultaneously.
