Come join Megan as she guides you through some mindful movement followed by meditation and breathing techniques. All levels welcome. Will include chair yoga and some standing exercises with a break between movement and mediation sections.

Stop by Youth Services for a surprise hands-on activity. We'll have a different activity each week including crafts, games, building, robots, and more! This is a drop-in program, no registration is required.
