Free Comic Book Day is on May the Fourth this year! Pick up your free comic book and stay for fandom fun with crafts, photo ops and activity stations.

Join us at Downtown Crystal Lake's Garden Party! We will be sharing spring stories near the gazebo.

Grab your free comic and come down to the Ames Room in your Star Wars pajamas for a showing of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. We'll have themed snacks available for a light breakfast!

Stop by Youth Services for a surprise hands-on activity. We'll have a different activity each week including crafts, games, building, robots, and more! This is a drop-in program, no registration is required.

Get a wand and a spell book then test your magical abilities with potions and herbology lessons. Wear your robes if you'd like! Registration with a CLPL card is required.

Celebrate all things Pokémon with games, crafts and activities at our Pokémon Party! Registration with a CLPL card is required.

Join us as we roll the dice and build your custom character from scratch with character-building sheets. Then, paint your own tabletop miniature to get the game going! Fun for the whole family.

Hi Barbie! Join us in our own pink world and solve the Barbie murder mystery! Costumes highly encouraged - which Barbie will you be? Ages 16+

Knitters and crafters pack up your current projects and head over to the library for a casual program where you can socialize with other makers while you work.
