Program Description

Event Details

The Secretary of State's Mobile Express Unit will be at CLPL.  Registration is required.  Registration opens Friday, 3/28 at 9:00 am.  Please call the library at 815.459.1687 x7 or stop in the Adult Services Department to register for your time slot.   

Services available include:

  • Drivers’ License (Standard and REAL)
  • State ID Cards (Standard and REAL)
  • Vehicle Registration Stickers
  • Organ & Tissue Donor & Voter Registration (with processing of a DL or State ID)

Written and road tests are not available at Mobile Express events.  Visit the Illinois Secretary of State’s website for fees and required documentation.

Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, cashier’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. Cash will not be accepted.  Please call the library or stop in to register for your time slot.
