Youth Take-and-Make: Paper Plate Flag

Grab a take-and-make kit to assemble at home. This kit includes materials to make a paper plate flag. Register for the program and pick up your kit from the Youth Services desk starting July 1. One kit per registration. A CLPL card is required.
