Have you ever wanted to learn to meditate but didn't know where to start? Come join Megan as she guides you through some basic meditation and mindful breathing techniques. All levels welcome. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow or blanket to sit on. Chairs will also be available. Registration encouraged.
